Trampoline classes are SO much fun that you'll be amazed at how quickly the time flies by.  All classes are taught by a Certified Personal Trainer.

Open to men and women of all ages. Suited for all fitness skill levels.
Duration: 1 hour


Trampoline Bootcamp

See if you have what it takes to get through Trampoline Bootcamp! This class focuses on strength training. Usually it's with your own body weight, but we like to change things up too! While our other fitness classes take place only on the trampolines, bootcamp makes use of the entire park.

Suited for all fitness levels. Each participant will be, let's just say, "encouraged" to make a maximum effort.

Gravity Aerobics

With routines set to high-energy music, you'll be lead in a series of trampoline exercises to improve your flexibility, strengthen and tone your muscles, and give your cardio-vascular system a work-out. Modifications are shown so that anyone can participate.

Individual classes are $10.00. You may purchase a fitness pass for $60.00 for 10 classes and can be used for any classes at our facility.
